Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website 6figurefitness.com and any related products, software, services, and content (collectively, the "Service") provided by 6FF Digital LLC ("6FF," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Merchant of Record

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. This means Paddle — not 6FF — handles the transaction, taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax), and billing-related support, and will appear on your bank or card statement.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period except as set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written consent;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public areas of the Service;
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or unsolicited marketing.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (client data, programs, messages, media). You grant 6FF a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by 6FF and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties (payment processors, hosting, email, AI providers). Their terms and privacy policies apply to data they process on our behalf.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific business or fitness result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 6FF and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 6FF harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
