Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with 6FF. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on 6figurefitness.com. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Refunds approved by 6FF are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day refund on first-time subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your initial charge and we will refund that charge in full, no hassle.
2. Recurring Subscriptions
After the 14-day window, subscription charges are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals, and you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase or annual renewal. Outside that window, annual plans are non-refundable.
4. One-Time Purchases & Digital Goods
One-time digital products (templates, courses, downloadable assets) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially downloaded or consumed. Once content has been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed, it is no longer refundable.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service;
- Charges older than the windows described above;
- Third-party fees (bank charges, currency conversion) outside Paddle's control;
- Free trials that auto-convert after you were notified and did not cancel in time.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@6figurefitness.com with:
- The email address on your account;
- The Paddle order ID or last 4 digits of the card used;
- A brief reason for the request (optional, but appreciated).
We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law (including, where applicable, the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services).
