• Billing data — handled by Paddle (Merchant of Record). We receive limited metadata (plan, last 4 of card, country) but never your full card number.
• Content — programs, messages, files, client records you upload.
• Usage data — log data, device info, IP, pages visited, feature usage.
• Cookies — for authentication, preferences, and basic analytics.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Process payments through Paddle;
• Provide customer support;
• Send service announcements and, with consent, marketing;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues;
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK users)

We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (improving and securing the Service), consent (marketing, optional cookies), and legal obligation.

• Paddle.com Market Limited — payment processing and tax handling as Merchant of Record.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, AI providers, used solely to operate the Service.
